Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a heat efficiency of a boiler heat cycle for heating fuel oil to be supplied to a main engine.SOLUTION: A marine vessel has a fuel heater 15 for heating fuel oil to be supplied to a main engine 12. Steam generated by a boiler 18 is supplied to the fuel heater 15. Condensed water within a cascade tank 22 is supplied to the boiler 18. High temperature drainage discharged from the fuel heater 15 is cooled by a drain cooler 33 and supplied to the cascade tank 22 and at the same time high temperature drainage is supplied to the cascade tank 22 as it is through a bypass pipe 34 without passing through the drain cooler 33. A ratio between a low temperature drainage supplied to a low temperature drain supply pipe 32 and a high temperature drainage supplied to the bypass pipe 34 is adjusted by a three-way valve 35 and a temperature of condensed water is controlled.
