Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marker light for vehicle that can provide sufficient sense of depth, when the reflecting surface of a reflector is observed through a lens.
SOLUTION: A large number of circular small reflecting surfaces 16b are formed projecting on a reflecting surface 16a of a reflector 16. Each size of these small reflecting surfaces 16b is set larger it is, the farther an object is separated from an optical axis Ax of the reflector 16. Thereby, in accordance with the principle of perspective, the area of the reflecting surface 16a close to the optical axis Ax appears to be farthest and appears to be nearer, the farther it is separated outside in the radial direction, so that it appears as if it is deeper than an actual depth dimension. The large number of circular small reflecting surfaces 16b are formed with the same size small reflecting surfaces 16b being separated in the radius direction by groups of each linked bead-shape small reflecting surfaces group 16B arranged a few in a linked beads shape in the peripheral direction to set an interval D to be larger as being apart from the optical axis Ax. As a result, the sense of depth of the reflecting surface 16a is all the more easily created.
