Abstract:
To collect correct marketing information through virtual conversation with an imaginary person without making a user noticed about collecting marketing information.
Voice from a user is identified at a voice identifying section 12, next conversation information is determined based on the identification results and information for determining next conversation information, and then the determined conversation information is delivered to the user from a voice information output section 14. A response voice from the user is associated with the conversation information and stored in a marketing information section 3c.
