Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the contact of a shoulder part in clamping with a position control marking quantitatively.
SOLUTION: There are provided a marking gauge 11 for a pin for detecting and marking a clamping completion position in a tube provided with an external screw having a seal function at the end. A screw 11b engaged with the external screw is provided at the back, a shoulder contacting part 11c coming in contact with the shoulder part formed at a base end side of the back provided with the screw 11b is provided at an end base side of the back provided with the screw 11b, and a dial gauge 12 is provided at the base end side so that a top of a gauge head is located near the shoulder contacting part 11c so that the top of the gauge measuring head 12a becomes a reference face. Since the contact of the shoulder part can be quantitatively controlled in clamping with position control marking, marking can be efficiently performed at a correct position and clamping precision is good.
