To provide a mask, putting the body of a person in the aerobic exercise condition to give a good kinetic stimulus to a respiratory organ, even in the state not taking exercise where the mask is used to give resistance to breathing.

The mouth and the nose are covered with a mask made of rubber or the like, and it is fixed by a belt or the like around the head. An intake valve and an exhaust valve or filter to which the resistance equal to that of the valves is applied are provided in the mask. A cover or a lid is provided on a valve for suction and a valve for delivery or a filter to thereby arbitrarily open and close the valves, whereby the mask can be used according to individual variation or the condition of the body. The mask may cover only the mouth or only the nose, and preferably it may cover both of the mouth and the nose to be more effective. In a mask, the chambers for the mouth and the nose, respectively, are intercepted from each other to provide the valve for inhale, the valve for exhale or the filter, respectively.
