PURPOSE: To achieve a precise and accurate, automatic mass preparation by providing a means for breaking the transfer of vibration from a measurement pipe to a process pipe.

CONSTITUTION: The main part of a transducer is composed of a measurement pipe 27 that is made of a linear entrance 28, an exit 29, and a control part (curved pipe part) 30, where the entrance 28 and the exit 29 are provided on a common axis X-X' and are provided in the same plane as the curved pipe part 30. Also, at the adjacent part of the entrance 28 and the exit 29, the measurement pipe 27 is fixed to plates 31 and 32, the plates 31 and 32 are firmly connected to posts 33 and 34, and a support frame 35 is formed. The frame 35 and the measurement pipe 27 are fixed to a casing 38 of the transducer via the entrance 28 and the exit 29. Then, to assure that the inner vibration of the measurement pipe 27 is not transmitted to a process pipe, the pipe 27 and the frame 35 can be matched each other from the viewpoint of vibration, and the pipe 27 and the support vibration are compensated for at a measurement pipe support connection point.
