PURPOSE: To eliminate noise produced in a flow measuring signal by subtracting the output signal of a pickup for noise detection from the other output signal of another pickup for flow measurement, provided on a sensor tube of a flow measurement part.

CONSTITUTION: A Coriolis type mass flowmeter 10 is set on a second arm 5 of a robot for painting. The flowmeter 10 is connected so as to calculate the difference between output signals of pickups 37a (37b), 38a (38b) provided on a straight pipe part 35a (35b) and a bend part 35c (35d) in the inflow side (outflow side) of a sensor tube 35 and noise produced in the output signals of the pickups 37a, 37b can be eliminated. Accordingly, the noise produced in the output signals in the inflow side (outflow side) is offset by the output signals detected in a non-vibration part 35c (35d) of the inflow side (outflow side). As the result, even if the shape of the tube 35 is unsymetrical, the noise produced in the output signals of the pickups 37a, 37b can be eliminated.
