Abstract:
To prevent an operation from being disabled and a reclining mechanism from being damaged or broken by moving the reclining mechanism before a backrest is erected to a normal using state in a massage chair constituted so that the backrest is electrically reclinable and the backrest can be folded to the front for transportation or the like.
A microswitch 31 for detecting whether or not a back frame constituting the backrest is erected from a sub frame for realizing folding is provided, and only in the state where it is detected that the backrest is erected to the normal using state by it, a control circuit 41 enables the drive of the reclining mechanism 23.
