To provide a massage device and cushion for improving massage feeling.SOLUTION: A massage device 1 includes: a drive unit 20; at least one of rotation bases 40 to be driven so as to be continuously rotated by the drive unit 20; at least one of massage balls 50 attached to the rotation bases 40; and a control unit 60 for controlling the drive unit 20 so as to enable a change of a rotation frequency of the rotation bases 40.
