PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage health tool having an improved function with which various effects of exercise can be obtained.
SOLUTION: The structure of the massage health tool is that an upper surface 11 of a tabular main body 10 has a leg bottom massage section wherein two or more projections 12 are arranged, a terminal edge 13 is formed at the side of the leg bottom massage section on which the heel is mounted, an arc-shaped surface is formed at the bottom surface of the main body on which convex edges having two or more projections for the massage are arranged at the center, an attachment 20 disposed on the main body has an incorporating surface 21, the incorporating surface has insertion columns 22 at the places near to both the edges, a surface which is opposite of the incorporating surface has a grounding surface of a semi-circular arc shape, the upper surface and the bottom surface of the main body have two or more engagement grooves 17 facing each other, the distance between the engagement grooves disposed at both the ends of the main body is the same of the distance between the insertion columns of the attachment, and the insertion columns are engaged to the engagement grooves of the upper surface or the bottom surface so that the attachment is disposed selectively on the upper surface or the bottom surface 14.
