The treatment unit 110 supports a roller supporting link 409 for vertical movement for supporting a roller 311 for vertical movement so as to freely rotate so that the link can be slid. By changing the oscillating angle of the roller supporting link 409 for vertical movement, the front/back position of the treatment unit 110 in respect to the guide rails 101L and 101R can be individually changed at upper and lower parts.
