To provide a massage machine which facilitates the adjustment of the position of a pillow in the longitudinal direction at a backrest section and prevents the pillow from separating from the backrest section even when the backrest section is raised backward.
The massage machine comprises a chair 2 having a seat section 21 and the backrest section 22. Treatment sections (not shown) are arranged on the chair 2 for performing treatment on the back of a treated person, and the pillow 4 is arranged on the upper part of the backrest section 22. A locking section 3 having an almost channel shape when seen from the side is arranged on the upper or back side of the backrest section 22. The pillow 4 is fixed to the locking section by winding a fixing band section 42 extending from one end of the pillow around the locking section 3.
