Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage unit capable of simultaneously imparting rubbing stimulation and roller stimulation to both feet while simplifying and miniaturizing a structure.
SOLUTION: Two pairs of rubbing wheels 22 and 23 are oppositely installed nonparallel to one shaft 11 rotatably driven by a motor 14, and rotary rollers for pressing stimulation are respectively arranged outside the respective pairs of rubbing wheels 22 and 23. The rotary rollers are composed of large and small sub-rollers 44a, 44b, 45a, and 45b, and nonautorotatable projections 46 and 47. The rubbing wheels 22 and 23 on both sides of a center wheel 20 can be displaced in the shaft direction. Roller bodies 35 and 36 are arranged between the respective pairs of rubbing wheels 22 and 23. The rubbing stimulation by the two pairs of rubbing wheels 22 and 23 or the roller stimulation by the two rotary rollers can be simultaneously imparted to both feet.
