PURPOSE: To enhance the efficiency of using a laser by providing a reflection layer consisting of a material having high adhesion to a glass substrate and a photosensitive resin layer and having high reflectivity to the laser beam.
CONSTITUTION: The reflection layer 13 consisting of aluminum which is the material having the high adhesion to the glass substrate 11 and the photosensitive resin layer 12 and the high reflectivity to the laser beam is provided between the glass substrate 11 and the photosensitive resin layer 12. The laser beam for exposing to be projected from the photosensitive resin layer 12 surface side is reflected by the reflection layer 13 in this way and, therefore, the laser beam is passed twice (back and forth) through the photosensitive resin layer 12 by one time of exposing, by which the efficiency of using the laser is enhanced. The output of the laser used for exposing is, therefore, decreased and the exposing device is miniaturized.
