Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply smoothly an exposure device with a master sheet cut out from a photosensitive sheet roll, in a plate making machine wherein a master sheet supply device is installed below an exposure device.
SOLUTION: This plate making machine is constituted in such a manner that a sheet roll supply part 20 for supplying a photosensitive sheet roll SR and a master supply device 40 for supplying an exposure device with a master sheet X drawn out from the photosensitive sheet roll SR and cut are disposed below the exposure device wherein image information is transferred onto the surface of the master sheet X by exposure. In this case, the master sheet supply device has a constitution wherein a standby guide plate 41 whereby the master sheet X supplied from the sheet roll supply part 20 positioned below can be made to stand by and which tilts slightly to the vertical direction is provided and wherein an end aligning unit 45 which aligns the position in the width direction of an end edge of the master sheet X is provided above the standby guide plate 41 and a holding roller 43 facing a first carrying roller 42 positioned at the middle part of the standby guide plate 41 and controlled for separation by an electromagnetic solenoid 44 is positioned at this part.
