PURPOSE: To make it possible to accurately and readily carry out fine operation in simple mechanism for utilizing parallel link by providing a function for reducing motion of master hand mechanism and transmitting to a microslave mechanism by a transmitting mechanism part.
CONSTITUTION: When an operating part 7 of master 1 is operated, a fluid is output according to the change of link length from an actuator (cylinder) 10m of each link 9m in parallel link mechanism of the master 1 and it is fed to a master driving cylinder 21 in the transmission part. Motion of piston 26 in the master driving cylinder 21 is transmitted through a rod 28 to a piston 30 and the motion is transmitted to a piston 31 in a state reduced according to the ratio of cross section of cylinders having different diameter, i.e., value of σ. The motion of the piston 31 is introduced from a rod 29 through a slave driving cylinder 22 to an actuator (cylinder) 10s of each link 9s and motion similar to the operating part 7 is given to an operating part 8.
