Abstract:

To provide a mat cleaner capable of cleaning mats continuously even in the case where the mats are separately charged without connecting them to each other and discharging sands or the like quickly after cleaning.

A cleaner performs cleaning with pressure waves generated by the rotation of a runner 3 while mats M are transferred along the outer peripheral surface of a casing 5. A mat M is clamped between a surface side and a reverse side carriers 10, 11 made of a net or the like, and it is transferred along the outer peripheral surface with the surface of the mat exposed to the side of the outer peripheral surface of the casing. The rotary passage on the periphery of the casing has an inverted Ω shape, and a circulation liquid is ejected toward near the end of the rotary passage from a circulation liquid ejecting part 38 into a liquid tank 1. Sand or the like are discharged out of the casing with swirling flow generated by the rotation of the runner 3.
