To enable usage in a stable manner for a long period of time and to conveniently carry without requiring large space in the case that a post card is cut to pieces and also the pieces are bent.

A mat 11 for bending cut pieces, in which the upper surface of a foamed polyvinyl chloride layer 11a is coated with a polyester film 11b, is superposed on a mat 12 for cutting, in which a rubber layer 12b is laminated onto a rigid plastic base board 12a, in such a manner that the board 12a is bonded to the layer 11a. When a post card is cut to cut pieces, the post card is placed on the layer 12b, with the mat 12 being disposed on the upper side of the card, and cut by means of a cutter. When the cut pieces 20 are bent, the pieces 20 are placed on the film 11b, with the mat 11 being disposed on the upper side of the pieces, and the pieces are rubbed with a modeler 30 to form the pieces into desired bent forms or irregular forms.
