A mat utilizing fluid pressure wherein a fluid bag 2 in which a fluid L is sealed is provided in at least a part of a mat 1 is provided and the fluid bag 2 is divided into at least two regions 23a and 23b and an orifice part 24 through which the fluid L can pass is formed between one region 23a and another region 23b.
