The mat 10 keeps a tourmaline unwoven fabric 12 and a plurality of special ceramic grains 13 housed within a pair of cover members 11A and 11B. Tourmaline rayon fibers 121 and polyester fibers 122 are mixed to form the tourmaline unwoven fabric 12. The special ceramic grains 13 includes tourmaline ores, avotite and rock crystal. The cover member 11 is provided with perforations 111 in positions where the grains 13 are disposed. The mat 10 is placed on the bottom wall part of a satchel, embedded in its back or equipped on its shoulder belt.
