Abstract:
To provide a mat which absorbs moisture adhering to the mat, has a function of evaporating the moisture, and has dry touch.SOLUTION: A mat is implanted with piles on a base cloth. The mat is such that: the piles are configured of a yarn including a fluorine resin processed fiber, and a fiber excluding the fluorine resin processed fiber. It is preferable that: the yarn including the fluorine resin processed fiber, and the fiber excluding the fluorine resin processed fiber is a twist yarn; the fluorine resin processed fiber, and the fiber excluding the fluorine resin processed fiber are natural fibers; the natural fibers are cotton; the fiber excluding the fluorine resin processed fiber is a fiber subjected to deodorant processing and/or antibacterial processing; the base cloth includes the fluorine resin processed fiber; the piles are implanted on one surface of the base cloth, and latex is coated on the other surface of the base cloth; and the mat is used as a bath mat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
