After the round bar is drawn out from the approximately cylindrical body, the approximately cylindrical body is pressed to form a thin, long piece 11, which is longitudinally wound into a roll to form a basic roll 13; a number of basic rolls are secured to one another with their centerlines parallel, and the thin long piece 11 is wound around the basic rolls 13.
