Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information retrieval system in which personal users easily register and retrieve information and obtain desired newest information without active access.
SOLUTION: An electronic mail matching device 1 is made up of a means 10 receiving newly an electronic mail, a means 30 storing the received new electronic mail as a stored mail, a means 20 that matches natural texts of the new mail and the stored mail, discriminates the stored mail providing a matching result of a prescribed adaptability as a proper mail and outputs total texts the adapted mail, the mail header and the adaptive degree, a means 40 combining the new mail and the adaptive mail to generate an adaptive notice mail and a means 50 that sends the adaptive notice mail to a sender of the new mail and a sender of the adaptive mail.
