PURPOSE: To form capillary blood vessels without having the action of inflammable cells and to effectively pack the bone tissue into a required section by constituting the material for accelerating formation of bone to be implanted into the bone tissue of the living body of a base material to carry a material for propagating the vascular endoceliocytes and a material for propagating the vascular endoceliocytes within the living body.
CONSTITUTION: The material for accelerating formation of the bone to be implanted into the bone tissue of the living body is constituted of the material for propagating the vascular endoceliocytes and the material for carrying this material within the living body. The material propagating the vascular endocelicytes is formed of glycoprotein produced by HUOCA-II and/or HUOCA- III which are the human ovarine tumor formation cells. The base material is formed of at least one kind selected from among refibrosis atherocollagen, modified collagen of 0 to 80% helix content, salts constituted of phosphoric acid and calcium and the polycrystals thereof.
