To provide a material adjustment supply device capable of individually and appropriately adjusting the quantity of material discharged through a plurality of nozzles from a hopper.

The device is equipped with a housing 38 which includes a gear accommodating chamber 32, a material inlet 34 opened at the upper part of the gear accommodating chamber and a material outlet 36 opened at the lower part of the chamber, with a plurality of gear pumps 40 provided in the gear accommodating chamber at established intervals so as to transfer material from the material inlet to the material outlet, and with a partition wall member provided between the gear pumps to divide the material outlet and form a material outlet 36-1 independent for each gear pump. A material feedback groove 44 for communicating to the material inlet the material outlet 36-1 divided with respect to the gear pump is provided to a side surface of the partition wall. A throttle member 46 for applying passage resistance against the material passing through the material feedback groove and returning to the material inlet from the material outlet by being pressed in the material feedback groove is provided to a partition wall member in which the material feedback groove is formed. Moreover, an adjusting device 48 for adjusting the throttle member is provided through the partition wall member from the outside of the housing.
