Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material coupling method by which a favorable insert molding interface can be obtained.SOLUTION: Under these conditions that a temperature of an aluminum alloy die-casting material 2 is not higher than a coagulation point, a ratio with respect to a punch operation area of a plastic flow part area of the aluminum alloy die-casting material 2 is a constant value, and a compression rate of the aluminum alloy die-casting material 2 is not higher than a buckling limit, a specific region adjoining an insert molding material of the aluminum alloy die-casting material 2 which is constrained by a die-casting mold is pressurized by a pair of punches 11, 12, and plastic flow pressure corresponding to tensile strength at the temperature is applied to the plastic flow part. By this constitution, a favorable insert molding interface can be formed between the aluminum die-casting material 2 and the insert molding material.
