Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To very simply regulate the inclining angle of a slide bar i.e., the energizing force of a loop guide roll unit, moreover to regulate even during operation and to smooth the number of revolution of a rotating device at the time of feeding a material in the initial stage.
SOLUTION: This control mechanism is provided with a loop guide roll unit 2 engaging the feed part from a coiled material, the slide bar 3 supporting the loop guide roll unit 2 so as to freely slide, an operating body 8 engaging with one part of the loop guide roll unit 2 and approaching/separating to/from the slide bar 3 in accordance with the movement, and a detector converting the displacement into an electric signal interlocking with the movement of the operating body 8. The slide bar 3 is supported so that its inclining angle is regulated in such a inclined state that the feeding direction of the material becomes upward.
