PURPOSE: To enable the sized cutting of long-sized material with the cut dimension longer than the maximum moving distance of a feed stock vice by providing a feeder and a rotating roller on both sides of stock vice mechanism.

CONSTITUTION: When such long-sized material that the maximum moving distance of a feed stock vice 10 exceeds the stroke width of a cylinder is fed, both stock vice mechanism 23 are widened larger than the width of the fed material 2, and the stock vice mechanism 23 are manually moved to the rearmost side. Switching to the feeder 26 side having a rotating roller 25 is thereby performed, so that the rotating roller 25 is circumferentially rotated around a pin shaft 24 as a fulcrum and rotated protruding to the side face of the long- sized material 2. The fed material 2 is fed when a rotating roller 28 disposed on the other side of the stock vice mechanism 23 is driven by driving a chain 34 by a motor 27.
