CONSTITUTION: A material feeding stock vice 4 capable of clamping a material in the direction intersecting perpendicularly to the material feeding direction is supported on rectilinear guide mechanisms 2a, 2b fixed along the material feeding direction on a base 1 in such a manner as to freely slide, a screw shaft 3 is fixed parallel to the rectilinear guide mechanisms 2a, 2b on the base 1, a nut 5 screw-engaged with the screw shaft 3 is rotatably supported on the material feed stock vice 4, and the nut 5 is rotated by a driving mechanism (motor 8 or the like) supported on the material feed stock vice 4.
