Abstract:

PURPOSE: The titled composition, consisting of a formulation of a multicomponent copolymer rubber consisting essentially of a cyano-substituted alkyl (meth) acrylate, alkyl acrylate, etc., and having improved sour gasoline, ozone, heat resistance, etc.

CONSTITUTION: A material for forming an inner tube of rubber hose for fuel, obtained by copolymerizing (A) 20W69.5wt% cyano-substituted alkyl (meth) acrylate, preferably 2-cyanoethyl acrylate, with (B) 30W79.5wt% alkyl acrylate, preferably ethyl acrylate, (C) 0.5W10wt% compound selected from diene compounds, dihydrodicyclopentadienyl group-containing esters of (meth)acrylic acid, epoxy group-containing ethylenically unsaturated compounds and active halogen- containing ethylenically unsaturated compounds and (D) 0W10wt% another ethylenically unsaturated compound copolymerizable with the above-mentioned three components, and consisting of a formulation of a multicomponent copolymer rubber.
