To provide a material for learning performance of a keyboard instrument enabling even a beginner at performing a keyboard instrument to recognize the position of keys corresponding to notes constituting a chord indicated in a chord symbol.
The material for learning performance of the keyboard instrument comprises: a keyboard display section 3 showing, in a space whereon a chord symbol 2 corresponding to a predetermined chord is shown, the planar shape of the keys of a keyboard instrument for each chord symbol 2; a key specifying indication 4 showing, in the keyboard display section 3, chord specifying keys predetermined for the key corresponding to each of three or more notes constituting a chord; and a plurality of position specifying numbers 5 for specifying the distance between adjacent chord specifying keys. Thus, a user can easily recognize the position of the keys corresponding to the notes constituting the chord shown by the chord symbol.
