Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent accidents due to the flashing of the molten material by constantly heating the material storage at a temp. higher than the m.p. of the material and lower than its. b.p.
CONSTITUTION: A storage 1 for the material to be heated and melted and a heater 23 for heating the storage 1 are provided. The storage 1 is constantly heated by the heater 23 at a temp. higher than the m.p. of the material and lower than its b.p. As a result, the storage is not heated to a temp. at which the material is vaporized, and the accidents due to the flashing of the material are prevented.
