Abstract:
To provide a material for an organic electroluminescent element having high luminance and luminous efficiency and exhibiting excellent stability in repeated use and provide an organic electroluminescent element produced by using the material.
The material for an organic electroluminescent element contains a compound (A) expressed by general formula (1) (Ar1 is a substituted or unsubstituted n-valent perylene ring group; Ar2 groups are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted univalent aromatic hydrocarbon group or a substituted or unsubstituted univalent aromatic heterocyclic group; Ar1 and Ar2 or two Ar2 groups may be bonded together to form a ring; and n is an integer of 1-12).
