To provide a compound easily forming a stable thin film since molecules of the compound are hardly crystallized, having excellent characteristics, such as low voltage drive and long lifetime, when used as a blue light emitting material for an organic EL element, and exhibiting a high glass transition temperature (Tg).
A material for an organic electroluminescent element comprises a compound represented as follows. (In the formula, R1-R22 each independently represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent.)
