Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently execute a plan processing of required quantity of materials in a processing method for plan processing of the required quantity of the materials. SOLUTION: An integrated item structure mater creation processing part 12 sorts items to constitute a product in order of item codes and in order of low level and sequentially imparts ordinal number of the items to the items of sort result. An integrate item structure master 13 having data structure by linking a master item list and a slave item list by every item by using the ordinal number of the items as indexes. A multi-dimensional space from development processing part 14 creates material required quantity development data in which the items are developed in a multi-dimensional space form by using the ordinal numbers of the items, a schedule of delivery dates and product numbers as axes respectively based on the integrated item structure master 13 and outputs material required quantity information requested based on the data.
