Abstract:

To measure the change of dynamical variable with a high sensitivity over a wide temperature range from room temperature to 1,000°C or higher.

A material is made of an insulation base material, an insulation second phase that has an elasticity rate being equal to or smaller than that of the base material and that is dispersed continuously in the base material, and a conductive or semiconductive, third phase particle being dispersed discontinuously in the second phase. Then, the above third phase particle is dispersed discontinuously into the above second phase of intervals of 1/2 or less of the third phase particle diameter. The dynamical variable corresponding to a load from the outside of the material is detected from the state change of the above third phase particle corresponding to the load from the outside of the material.
