Abstract:
To provide a system and a method for separating and recovering a material of waste tile carpets capable of accurately separating and recovering each component from waste tile carpets.SOLUTION: A system for separating and recovering a material of a waste tile carpet includes: a crushing facility for crushing tile carpet bodies including a pile layer and a back-side supporting layer being the waste tile carpet; a fine pulverizing facility for finely pulverizing the crushed tile carpet bodies; a sorting facility for sorting components of the finely pulverized tile carpet bodies; and a static elimination facility provided on each of an introduction side and a discharge side of the sorting facility to eliminate static electricity charged in the pulverized tile carpet bodies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
