The sleeve 3 to be embedded into a concrete construction part 1 includes a hollow internally inserted cylinder body 4 having a spiral groove 4a in the outer face, and a hollow externally mounted cylinder body 5 applied on the outer periphery of the internally inserted cylinder body 4. The externally mounted cylinder body 5 includes an elastic piece 5a. The elastic piece 5a includes a locking pawl 5b for engaging with the spiral groove 4a of the internally inserted cylinder body 4. When the internally inserted cylinder body 4 is inserted into the externally mounted cylinder body 5 slidingly in an inserting direction P, the locking force of the locking pawl 5b locking the spiral groove 4a is relatively greater to restrict the sliding motion in the inserting direction P. When the internally inserted cylinder body 4 is extracted from the externally mounted cylinder body 5 slidingly in an extracting direction Q, the locking force of the locking pawl 5b locking the spiral groove 4a is relatively smaller to permit the sliding motion in the extracting direction Q.
