PURPOSE: To automate a series of processes for shaping, cutting and packing material soil to improve the working efficiency.

CONSTITUTION: Material soil G is pushed out and shaped in a rod in a shaping part 61 and cut into a specific length in a cutting part 62. After the cut material soil G is carried by a carrying conveyer 67, it is mounted onto a sheet material extended on a packing conveyer 3 of a packing apparatus 1 by a material soil loading machine 83. The material soil G thereafter is transferred toward an auxiliary conveyer 4 provided in an ascending slope at a downstream of the packing conveyer 3, it is rotated while it repeats mounting over and falling down the auxiliary conveyer 4, and the soil is packed with the sheet material wound around.
