Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material supply device capable of shortening the time for switching to a new material.SOLUTION: A material supply device 1 includes: a dolly part 10; a coil storage part 20; a stopper bolt 19; and a rotation assist member 30. The dolly part 10 is movably formed. The coil storage part 20 is rotatably supported by the dolly part 10 and stores a coil material 50. The stopper bolt 19 holds the coil storage part 20 in an inclined state where the coil storage part 20 is inclined. The rotation assist member 30 assists rotations of the coil material 50 in the inclined state where the coil storage part 20 is held by the stopper bolt 19. The material supply device 1 has a function serving as a transport dolly of the coil material 50 and a function serving as a coil stand when the coil material 50 is injected into a processing device 60. Thus, the material supply device 1 shortens the time required for switching from an old material to a new material.
