To prevent stain caused by attachment of ink and to enhance a durability by constituting by a rough surface forming layer coated with a resin composition containing a wear resistant aggregate and a low surface energy resin layer formed on an upper part of the forming layer on a roller base material.
A rough forming layer 11 is formed on a surface of a roller base material 10. A protrusion and recess part is by mixing a wear resistant aggregate within the layer 11 on its surface. Further, an upper part of the layer 11 is coated with a low surface energy resin such as a silicone resin or the like, and dried to be solidified to form a low surface energy resin layer 13. As the material 10, a fiber-reinforced resin or the like is used. As the low surface energy resins, a mixture of an addition type silicone resin and a fluorine raw sheet-containing resin or the like is used. Thus, a printed matter of a good printing quality without dirt can be performed, and a cleaning operation of the roller can be extremely easily achieved.
