The end face 1003 is confronted with the reference plane 1007 of a confronting means 1006 through a specified gap 1005, and the end of the projecting material 1004 is abutted on the reference plane 1007 by the pressure impression of an abutting means 1008. The projecting material 1004 thus abutted on the reference plane 1007 is selectively heated by a heating means 1009 and melted, and the melt is transferred by a transfer means 1010. A laser beam is projected from a window 1011 as the heating means 1009 to selectively heat and melt the projecting material 1004. The melt is transferred by the pressure of a compressed gas 1012 as the transfer means 1010.
