Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a material transfer device which can transfer, supply a material fast and in high accuracy.
SOLUTION: This device has gripper devices 21, 41 for clamping, unclamping a material by a fixed gripper and a movable gripper, and a sliding block 61 which can reciprocate in a material transfer direction while supporting a first gripper device 21. Each of these members 21, 41, 61 is driven by a first, second and third cams fixed to an input shaft 12. For adhering the transferring members lied between a space from the first cam, which conducts the member transfer action, to the sliding block 61, a spring is installed for energizing the sliding block always in a backward direction. A backlash between the transferring members is deleted and, fast and high precision transfer is thus made possible.
