Abstract:
PURPOSE:To perform fitting of laminated glass in a tight frame simply and surely by providing a laminated glass with an inorganic glass layer on one side and a sheer plastic layer on the other side, and by furnishing a gasket formed around said laminated glass. CONSTITUTION:A laminated glass 1 is composed of an inorganic glass layer 2 and a sheer plastic layer 3. The surfaces of these inorganic glass and sheer plastic around the laminated glass 1 are covered with gasket 4. The gasket 4 is formed from plastic which has made reaction and hardened on these two surfaces, and bonded to a window case 6 with adhesive 5. In manufacture, the laminated glass 1 is placed in a mold consisting of an upper die 8 and lower die 9, and the cavity 2 bordered by the upper die inner surface 13, lower die inner surface 14, and laminated glass overface 15, sideface 16 and underface 17 is filled with a plastic admixture, which shall undergo reaction and hardening to generate formation of gasket 4.
