PURPOSE: To reduce slicing-off dust during production and to enhance processability by using polyhexamethylene adipate with a specific mol.wt. and specific viscosity as a binder.

CONSTITUTION: A binder has a mol.wt. of at least 10,000 and a viscosity of at least 30 Pa.s measured at 100°C and, pref., polyhexamethylene adipate has a mol.wt. of at least 30,000 and a viscosity of at least 600 Pa.s measured at 100°C. Further, it is pref. to add a filler in an amt. of up to 50 vol.% on the basis of the vol. of a material. As the filler, an inorg. or org. filler, for example, finely ground fuel ash, wood flour, almond shell particles or olive stone particles and a hard plastic filler may be used.
