Abstract:
To determine the fitting state of a connector without depending on the sensitivity of a worker.SOLUTION: The fit state determination system of the present invention includes a bone conduction sensor and a measurement unit for receiving an input of a signal showing a vibration detected by the bone conduction sensor. The bone conduction sensor has an attachment tool which a worker puts on a finger for a fitting work and detects a vibration. The measurement unit receives an input of a vibration signal as a signal showing a vibration detected by the bone conduction sensor. The measurement unit includes a signal reception unit, a trigger determination unit, a vibration data acquisition unit, a fit state determination unit. The signal reception unit converts the vibration signal to vibration data and acquires the data. The trigger determination unit determines that predetermined trigger data was input. The vibration data acquisition unit records the acquired vibration data in a predetermined length of time when the trigger determination unit has determined an input of trigger data. The fit state determination unit determines whether the fitting state of the connector is acceptable enough on the basis of the vibration data recorded by the vibration data acquisition unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
