Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mattress which is used so as to be compressed from a longitudinal direction end and allows shear stress of the mattress upon compression to be efficiently loaded on a punched hole to be easily contracted, without increasing processing man-hours of the punched hole, and also is free from strength reduction, and to provide a bed device using the mattress.SOLUTION: In a part which is deformed due to compression from a longitudinal direction end, plural punched holes 28 in a cross shape containing a straight line which is oblique with respect to a width direction of a mattress 18 are penetration-formed at predetermined intervals. Inclinations of the predetermined straight lines of the plural holes in the cross shape are alternately oblique in the longitudinal direction of the mattress, and the inclination angle is different from that of the other straight line.
