To improve feeling in a bed of a user in a sleeping posture.SOLUTION: A mattress comprises: a load support part LP for supporting a load by weight of a head of a user in a sleeping posture. The load support part LP comprises: a support part body 31L formed of an elastic body; a first rod shaped member group BG1 which is arranged in parallel in a first height range HR1 in the support part body 31L; and a second rod shaped member group BG2 which is arranged in parallel in a second height range HR2. The plurality of first rod shaped members 51, and the plurality of second rod shaped members 52 are formed of a material harder than the support part body 31L. On the load support part LP, the load by the weight of the head, is dispersed on cross parts of the first rod shaped members 51 and second rod shaped members 52, for supporting the load.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
