Abstract:
To provide a maxillary sinus bottom lifting device capable of preventing damage of maxillary sinus mucosa, regardless of the level of skill of an operator, when executing maxillary sinus bottom augmentation.SOLUTION: A screwing position of a female screw part 4 of a shell 2 to a male screw part 9 of a projection member 3 is adjusted, to thereby adjust a projection amount D of a tip part of a shank 7 from a tip part (end on the axial direction other side) of the shell 2. The patient's upper and lower jaws are occluded, and a maxillary sinus bottom lifting device 1 is sandwiched strongly between upper jaw teeth and a bottom surface of a recess 15, to thereby punch the bottom of the recess 15 by a tip part of the projection member 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
