Abstract:
To provide a pharmaceutical composition capable of mobilizing a large amount of stem cells derived from the bone marrow and forming the stem cells in the blood flow by stimulating hematopoietic function.
The pharmaceutical composition contains at least one of water-soluble muramyl peptide derivatives such as muradimetide, muroctasine and MTP-PE, and is used for stimulating the hematopoietic function, and preventing the bone marrow toxicity effects caused by some kinds of treatments. The pharmaceutical composition is preferably prepared so that 0.1-25 mg dose per kg human body weight can be orally administered.
